Each year, print and broadcast journalists throughout the Republic of Ireland are invited to take part in the Law Society's 'Justice Media Awards'.

The awards aim to reward outstanding journalism in the print and broadcast media that contributes to the public's understanding of the law, the legal system or any specific legal issue.

Entries should be submitted by 5pm, Thursday, 21st April, 2011 and will cover works published or broadcast in the period from 1st March, 2010 to 28th February, 2011. The awards will be presented at a lunchtime ceremony at Blackhall Place, Dublin, on Thursday, 2nd June, 2011.
